EasyRoofEstimate.com ("the Service") is a free online tool operated by Easy Roof Estimate LLC that provides satellite-measured roof replacement cost estimates for Wisconsin homeowners. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
EasyRoofEstimate uses Google's Solar API satellite imagery and current Wisconsin labor and material pricing data to generate approximate roof replacement cost ranges. These estimates are informational only and are not a substitute for a professional roofing inspection or contractor quote. Actual costs may vary based on roof condition, accessibility, local permits, material availability, contractor pricing, and other factors not visible from satellite imagery.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimate. Satellite imagery coverage, measurement precision, and pricing data may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

If you voluntarily provide contact information to request a contractor quote, your information will be shared with a licensed local roofing contractor who may contact you about your project. Easy Roof Estimate LLC is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, licensing, or availability of any contractor. Any agreement you enter into with a contractor is solely between you and that contractor. We are not a party to any such agreement and accept no liability for its outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Easy Roof Estimate LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on cost estimates provided. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed $100.
The EasyRoofEstimate name, logo, website design, and estimation methodology are the property of Easy Roof Estimate LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
